IRRATE customer - do NOT order from Gtee Store - SCAM
The hoodie I received from this so called business is NOT the quality as described online. It is also NOT a Nike brand sweatshirt as described.
It is a knock off.
Unable to reach a live person, I shipped this item back to the shipper a couple of weeks ago.
I have yet to receive a refund for the $37.95. This is false advertising and POOR customer service.
I will be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau at www.bbb.com regarding this scam.
Other Company - Exchange for larger size.

I ordered a Fornite hoodie on 10/14/18 and finally received my order on 11/29/18 @ 6:49am...Thank goodness I ordered a 3X...fits perfectly. Would I order from them again? Yes the only disadvantage is that is took so long and to order a few sizes up...

Also, the colours are not close to what was advertised, lots of photoshop, and poor quality! A total ripoff, don't buy anything from this site unless it's $2.00 and free shipping included, otherwise you are wasting your money and time!

I ordered 3 hoodies for my sons, even measured my sons with a measuring tape according to the size chart on the site, and these sizes are 2 extra sizes too small, That means 3 hoodies I ordered plus a huge price for shipping and now my sons can't even wear them because this site is dishonest and advertises false sizes (incorrect chart size info at the expense of the customer)!!!!
This is the 1st time I have ordered on the internet and been so bloody disappointed and I order things through the net all the time including clothing and I have never had something like this happen to me!

1. Would not allow an exchange in size 1 day past their policy.
2. Would not refund difference when tag said $10.99 and scan at register come up at $12.99.
3. Would not permit exchange when tags at attached to a hoodie with a faulty zipper.
I stopped shopping here for years but decided to give them another chance. If anything, the customer service has gotten worse. I left my defected hoodie with them out of principle. It’s not the money. What am I going to do with a hoodie that doesn’t zip up?
Light In The Box - Received the wrong colour on my Hoodie order from China
I ordered a Toronto Maple Leafs hoodie on May 4th. I had to deal with a 3rd party located in the US I assume because the order was shipped from China.
I ordered a Navy (blue) hoodie and I received a purple hoodie. I was told that there are different shades of blue and there was nothing that could be done. I argued that this hoodie is as purple as purple can be. There is zero evidence of the colour blue.
If the hoodie would have a shade of blue in the colour pallet they sent I would have excepted that.
I am disgusted that I was questioned regarding the colour. I will never again place an order with this or any other company from China again.

Received pathetic paper thin hoodie & a t shirt that was suppose to be black in poop brown/ artwork very cheap customer service very rude/ nasty refuse to refund after paying $63.00 they should not be allowed to use Lynchburg College logo- refused to give ceo contact information they can have there crap back I want my money refunded this is garbage!!!
NinjApparel - Deluded company
I was very exciting about a Sith hoodie that i bought at NinjApparel. After 5 weeks, i received my package and it was very disappointing. I order a size L, but they gave me some chinese size that louds 'XXXL',but however it still fits.
The quality was utterly bad. Material was thin enough to see what you are wearing underneath. The style doesn't match with their images on website, so it was easy to get hyped about what they are selling, but you are not getting exactly what you see/expect.
I contact them for a refund, because i was definitely not satisfied about their product. They insist to send me a new one( i was not asking for) and told me that 'i would like this one'.
IT WAS THE SAME LIKE BEFORE!
I contact them again and they asked me to send some photos, so they can take look at it about the issues.
2-3 weeks went by and i didnt receive one message from them.
Pissed i am, i wrote NinjApparel that they are not following their refund policy and i was demanding for a refund.
They didnt answer my request and this was their reply:
"Thank you very much for taking the time to send through these photos.
You definitely did receive the correct product. If you are unhappy with it then you are welcome to return the product to our warehouse and we can exchange it for you or offer you store credit or a refund. Please note that we do not supply return shipping labels, therefore, the return shipping costs will have to be covered by you."
So, before i receive my refund, i have to use more money to send their *** product back. I live in Europe so my shipping costs will be around 25 - 30 euro and this crack hoodie from NinjApparel was 35 dollar.
F*ck off mate.
