Have not received refund
I bought a living room sofa, loveseat & extra pillows on Sept.10, 2010 for which I paid cash. I was told that delivery would be in 2 weeks & 1 month for the pillows.
When I didn't receive a call from Sofa Mart I called them. Their response was "it just came in today". When I called about the pillows after a month they had not been ordered along with the orignal order. I told them to forget the pillows & refund my money.
I was told that a check would be sent. Today I called & they said it "probably" would come from corporate with the payroll checks on Thurs.
Then they will issue a refund. The response of the person at the Holland Ohio store was "we'll get it to you as soon as we can." That should have been done 3 weeks ago!
