Flowers Express impossible to work with....DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM...Sketchy business practices
I ordered flowers...free delivery, 41.50 coupon, and I went through all the things needed.After I clicked on the button to buy, they came back with I owed $87 for flowers that was about 40.00.
I canceled with 3 different people. Two of which was immediately afterwards. The next was the next day. No one would let me talk to anyone that could verify that it had been canceled.
I finally after thinking it was canceled..Got the charge on my bank account. I called that day. Someone assured me that it would be credited to my account within 3-5 days. Well it has been 8 days and nothing.
I called again and they said someone would call me back yesterday. Nothing.
They are the sketchiest business I have ever dealt with.I am continuing to spread the word so no one else gets burned...
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $87.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
