Etsy - Cover Review from Iselin, New Jersey

This is not a complaint about Etsy, but an Etsy site Galleria Prim showcases duvets as if they are "exclusive stylis stunning stylish and unique, the pixs look beautiful. What i got was throwaway bin poly obnoxious fabric stitched poorly to additional cheap poly fabric. I returned item only to have it pointed out that Galleria Primativa has a no returns, no exchange, no refundc policy on special orders; but I didn't special order, I ordered right off their website selecting a Kuba pattern in a twin size, no different than if i had walked into a brick and mortar and bought it off the shelf. This is dishonest retailer, I did read the hypercritical remarks of one review, I should have heeded, instead I ignored it to the tune of a$135.00 plus the return shipping loss. After not hearing from Galleria (almost a month in) about my return I'm told in addition to their policy, oops-it's been almost thirty days so the best Galleria can do is see if they can find that rag of a duvet and I guess send it back . Keep it! Nothing is worth the snatch and grab experience of dealing with this disreputable online dealer. My single question is what will Etsy do while linked with such a business partner.
