I have a 350 min account which is suitable for me, my problem is over usage fees caused by dropped calls.I would stay within my plan if calls were normal.

I have many repeat redials due to dropped calls. To be penalized for sorry signal power is not right.

Have talked to two agents and received two different stories, one said to turn phone off and she would send stronger signal, the other could do nothing but sell me another plan.Dialing 611 and talking to someone is a real stretch guess what ten minutes into holding call is dropped.
