this company really think people are really ***..when you call there offices....they always have there voice mail recording on. never answers the phone..never returns your calls after leaving one...this compny is one that deserves to be given fraud claims....this is how you make your customer feel...accept the premiums..but give shotty customer service....i was given one adjuster handling an accident claim...after calling many times..by pressing redail on the phone..yea !! i guess they got tired of that phone ringing...just pick it up and give us service..then they never callback..crazy..well maybe they'll respond to this email..
