I live in So.California where many Men , women and kids became hiv pos back in the 1980s and early 1990s.

Back during that time period the meds were not as successful as they are today. HIv Pos people who had a t cell count below 200 received disability. Now 20 or 30 some years later these people are healthy , filling gyms and some even getting into trouble with recreational drugs due to the "too much free time" Why is this not followed up on?

How is this different than a cancer survivor?When can we see a change and how do we give names of fraud receiving checks?
