On 12/31/11 I visited your store in Shallotte, NC, and told a clerk that I misplaced my credit card at home. I requested that a new card should be sent to me.

It is now more than nine months later and I still didn't get my card. I'm planning to visit Shallotte again in three weeks. I want my new Bilk's card before then so I can purchase lots of stuff and charge it to my account. There are no Bilks stores in PA, and I look forward to stocking up when I make my annual trip to Shallotte to visit my grandchildren.

I sent an email to you last week about this and got no reply.
