I purchase a sectional sofa over the phone, the sofa was delivered on time, how ever one of the recliner was broken, we c called the service which took

half of an hour to schedule an appointment and when they came, the diagnosis

was made and I was told that they will contact me, now it is over three weeks

and no one has attempted to contact me and also I never received my bill of sale which I called the store and requested and was promised by my sales person that it will go out, still never came and I dread calling again to have to wait for half of an hour
