Delivery Service Review

Ordered 12/15, still dont have them 1/7. Called twice they act like its a bother, they are rude and give me different answers with each call. TERRIBLE customer service. "Amazing Grace" plays loudly while your on hold, what a crock.

Delivery Service Review

We were out of town when our pillows arrived. So. actually got them about 5 days after it was shipped. When Iwe tried to return them close to the warranty end (57th day) they denied us. We shouldn't have waited so long. Dont let this happen to you. Now we have 2 more pillows to shove in a closet. Ugh.
