Jcpenney - Horrendous service and lies

We purchased an LG refrigerator/freezer from JC Penny in Sarasota,FL. Tomorrow is the 4th promised delivery date and as of today they can not locate the appliance. We have been lied to repeatedly about the delivery, and now weeks after the purchase, they can not locate our purchase. Totally *** outfit.

Jcpenney - Horrible

Horrible,my first and last time ordering from this company,,placed an order on dec 23rd today is still the date Jan 15 and no order received nor any email,the confirmation email was for me to receive my order between Jan 5 thru the 9th ,horrible customer service and asked to speak to a manager or someone above the customer serv rep transferred me for a machine to tell me my call would be answered in 59 mins ughhh what a horrible experience never again.
