Lazada Philippines - My first time buying and it will be the last!!!!
I ordered from Lazada a mini cryptex around March 30. Basically the seller is from overseas and it took me around April 5,2019 to know that it already arrived here with all customs clearing and waiting to be delivered by the delivery partner which is Lex Philippines.
On April 11, it was declared lost by the delivery partner as stated on the Lazada app but if I'm tracking it on their other tracking site, it said " parcel will return to the sender" too much inconsistency on their system. I'm so angry because it was supposed to be a gift on the 16th. I ordered the object before hand because I already anticipated the delay and now my package is lost? Literally I can file a complaint for this with all the delay and damage you caused me.
My mind tells me that your delivery partner steals items that they like from your valued customers and they will just make up stories (lost, delivered, max attempt delivery) for them to cover up their felonious acts. Lazada, please be aware of your duty to choose your delivery partner because the latter should display diligence over goods they deliver and uphold your integrity as an online shopping mall.

I received a call from the delivery service and confirmed a delivery time on April 11, from 1-5. No delivery.
Cindy Crawford - Please, please help me!
I live in NJ and while vacationing in Florida I purchased the Cindy Crawford Key West living room set in Clearwater, Florida which was delivered to my home in Brigantine, NJ. The response by my neighbors can only be described as awesome. I was so sorry that I did not purchase the sofa table, but I tried to buy it and get it delivered to me, however I was told the cost of the shipping would come close to matching the price of the $499 sofa table. I would be willing to drive down to the Rooms to Go store in Newport News, Va to pick up the sofa table myself, but I was told I could not do that. I am hoping that you could help me solve this situation and suggest what I need to do to get this piece that I really would love to *** to the living room set. I would appreciate it if you could send me a response at my email address at firstname.lastname@example.org. I will be praying that you can help me resolve this issue.
P.S. You would make an old man of 72 a very happy person.

Ashley Furniture - LOW LIFE *** AND LIARS
My daughter had a bedroom set delivered in November of 2018 and furniture had cracks and missing pieces to start with talked with customer service the issue was half a$$ed but they don't care. To top it off their delivery drivers got stuck (buried truck) in my yard did 750.00 worth of damage was assured it would be taken care of.
I sent quote pics and video as they requested. The drivers fought in my yard for 5 hours over calling a tow truck cause that was going to cost them too much money, finally at 10pm they got a tow truck out after harassing my neighbors. They will not return calls, email or text Ashley says not their problem it is the truck drivers responsibilty.
They offered to only pay half of the damages not to mention months before we paid 2000.00 to have area cleaned up and leveled out. This is not right to treat customers like this and they need to pay for damages they did.

Schwans - Tired of different driver every time!
We had a great driver for about 2 months. Now there is a different one every time and they do not honor our requests to enter through garage and give us time to get to the door.
We are both handicapped and it is time-consuming to get to the door so they often leave without delivering our order. I am ready to cancel for good but I really like many of the products!
Home Gallery Stores - Failure to delivery my couch or offer any resolution!! Don't trust!!
About one month ago I purchased a couch from the online retail site- home furniture gallery. It was just shy of $1000 and I chose to use them as opposed to Ashley furniture (as its an Ashley furniture brand couch and despite there being a physical store just miles from where I live), I chose them as the couch was slightly cheaper and because they offered white glove free delivery and assembly. In fact it was their biggest sellling point. Upon ordering I was given confirmation but no way to track when the couch would be arriving. A few days ago I was told via phone that my couch would be delivered on Saturday March 23 between 12 and 3:30 pm. Halfway through the day the window was pushed back to 430 pm. What i didn't know was that their delivery company was already closed. So when the driver supposedly arrived at 430 he claimed to have waited outside but left without reaching me. HOWEVER I gave clear directions to use the call box upon arrival and dial my unit number which would call me directly. Not only did the driver not do this but I also never even saw him. My apartment faces the street and i never saw a truck. Furthermore my roommate never saw him either and she was down on the street. I attempted to call the company countless times as i put everything on hold that day to be available for the delivery. Later I found out i was unsuccessful at reaching anyone because they'd already closed for the day.
*** what they don't tell you is they use a 3rd party delivery company called innovative delivery that has VERY limited delivery options.
*** Today, Monday 3/25 I spent hours on the phone with both the delivery company and the actual store manager where I ordered the couch from. The supervisor at innovative delivery was named Myra and was unwilling to help resolve their own mistake. All she could offer was a new delivery in a week from now. I repeatedly told her I had family coming in town and needed the couch by today or tomorrow at the latest - why I had ordered in advance. She just kept saying sorry there's nothing we could do. Her company delivers throughout CA and only comes to Hollywood once a week and she refused to add a delivery to fix her own error. Their driver blatantly did not follow any of the specific directions I gave them for how to reach me. After hours of going back and forth I discovered she had a van coming to thousand oaks tomorrow which is very close to Hollywood and would be easy to add my couch to the schedule. I even offered to pay more. She still said no.
Finally she transferred me to Dale the manager for coleman/renegade furniture where I purchased my couch. Another several hours of explaining the situation and going back and forth. He kept having to call Myra and then would call me back. You'd think he would be able to make the call to resolve this but I guess not. After hours with him he finally agreed to call Myra again to request if the couch could be added to tomorrows delivery to thousand oaks .He promised to call right back. An hour passed and no word. I called him multiple times all went to VM despite his admission that this was their own error. Same with Myra. So now, i have no couch and no resolution. This is a HUGE inconvenience. I have very little trust or faith in either company and felt that they did nothing to provide customer service that would resolve the situation and fix their mistake. So far this has been a terrible experience and does not make me want to ever use them again. I am in the dark now as to when ill be receiving my couch and think they should have made up for their own mistake by delivering tomorrow at the very least. Furthermore I can't believe they just stopped answering the phone all together without any resolution. I do not trust this company.
Canada Vet Express - RE: Order # 3269833 dated 03/02/2019
The above mentioned order has now taken ten days and still no delivery date in site. Is this standard procedure?
The company name indicates products would be arriving from Canada, however it appears this order originated in Germany. How much time is required once an order is placed to receive your product, since medications are normally given the same day each month, one would need to allow for extended shipping time.
