Since in the tracking said item is for delivery today...so ive been waiting whole day ..,the address is a working place..so office hrs is up to 6-7 pm.Suddenly i noted delivery attempted at 9.40pm?Crazy is it..,delivery at night time & dont even bother to give a call?

Arcteryx - Charged!

After charging me for my purchase 749 $. Arc desided something was wrong with my info so they put a hold on my delivery.

I called to see what the problem was and there wasnt a problem.............. they just decided to put me in that catagory.

so i cancelled the order and the money has yet to be released. I will never purchase from Arcteryx again.

Indian Gifts Portal - Like their service

I ordered birthday gifts to a friend in India on IGP. I like their service.

Their option to choose the date of delivery is what brought me to the site. All my orders were delivered on time and were of good quality.

I would like to see more options to choose from for gifts. Would definitely use this service in the future.

Wayfair - FALSE PROMISES

SO NOT HAPPY WITH WAYFAIR!!

I ordered a bathroom vanity and was promised delivery on a specific date and time... confirmed by emails & text messages. When i called the day it was to be delivered I was told thay they LOST it?!?!!! Not even a courtesy call! Here's just a portion on my communication with their case worker:

"Hello Sesha. It is very unfortunate that our order was not delivered today as promised especially since delivery was confirmed by phone yesterday and I received a confirmation email this morning as well. Based on that information the contractor was at my house today to complete the installation. Since i was informed that the item is lost I had to tell the contractor to leave. We will have to pay him an additional amount to come back to install.

We will also incur additional costs based on the delay. An appointment for our house appraisal was scheduled for this Friday in order to meet our refinancing deadline of April 17th. The appraisal cannot be done until the plumbing for the sink/vanity is completed. We had to cancel Friday's appointment. We were also informed that we will incur a quarter point to extend the deadline.

Based on the above information the delay will cost us an additional amount approximating as much as the vanity cost - if not more. We could have bought a higher end item locally for what it will cost us in the end. We are very disappointed with Wayfair.

Also, where is the vanity that was confirmed on the truck to be delivered today? According to online tracking, it is still scheduled for delivery.

Please advise what your company will be doing to rectify this problem."

UPDATE: Wayfair still has no idea where my original order is & offered only 25% off the price of the vanity - which will not cover additional incurred costs. They also have not yet guaranteed a delivery date for the delivery of the reorder!

Schwans - Dishonest driver

Cando, ND driver sold me a tub of frozen yogurt...charged me $9.00

got home and went online...it was only 5.99

Complained to Schwans and weeks later no manager has contacted me.

$3.99 delivery fee on all sales not done online or less than $49.99 at the door. Driver was not dishonest, but should have at least mentioned the fee.

American Freight Furniture - Never received my order

I called and was told if my order isn’t here by 7pm that to call the store back and they will give me some type of delivery refund, that the merchandise we ordered is on the truck. Called the store back at and only got a recording stating hours and to leave a message and this was at 735pm and they close at 8pm.

Called Spartanburg location and was given the regional number..

so I left a message with regional manager as well. If they can’t deliver our product that we paid straight cash for they can refund us our money and keep their merchandise.
