Damaged cabinets they didn't want to replace
They had a 40% off sale on cabinets which I ordered. A large number were delivered damaged.
They requested pictures, which I sent. Then received a response that the "sale" was final. That's okay with me as long as the cabinets are not damaged. They placed a rep between me and the decision maker and only after much pressure was I able to talk with him.
Again= he said final sale. One of the cabinets had about 30 different scars on it and one of them had obviously been installed elsewhere since the cams were in the cabinet boards and were corroded. What a struggle - finally reached a resolution when I just would not go away and indicated I would contact my credit card company.
Still took them a couple of months to replace as well as fill backordered items. STAY AWAY
Monetary Loss: $500.
