TDS - Complain

This company is the worst service provider ever in satellite industry. I have been a customer.

They have my information.

When I canceled my service because of their poor service, they also cutting the service I paid for, instead of sending my final bill, they sent it to collective agency so that will be in bad list for canceling the service. I don’t advice any body to be a customer to Tds

Other Company - Disrespectful of my time; Unprofessional

Company agreed to an appointment one day, then they cancelled. They set up an appointment the next day and failed to show or call.

A customer

I have been trying to contact your billing department and after about 30 minutes of arguing with your recording, and getting shoved from one department to another, in anger, I hung up. This is about a new credit card number (the one you have one file was compromised) I need to give you but you are so automated there is no way to speak to a human being.

I am not punching in my new credit numbers to some automated system, and the very reason my first credit card was compromised. Very intimidating. Can't you afford to hire one human being that is friendly to your customers and actually answers the phone? If you want to continue to bill me with the correct credit card, you can call me at (602) 740-4775 otherwise I'm done with you and just cancel my subscription.

Very disappointed in how you operate your newspaper. Thanks,

Other Company - Pissed that YOU do not CARE

Why do You not care ABOUT the CUSTOMERS who HAVE NO HIGH SPEED INTERNET and HAVE no CHANCE of GETTING IT.. We have been PROMISED by OUR CARRIER that we WOULD HAVE IT, 10YEARS ago but STILL no SERVICE

because there is NOT enough PEOPLE around here to ALLOW them MUCH PROFIT.... I GUESS that YOU ALSO DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS

and their ABILITY to PLAY your GAMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
