DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM JIANGLIANG ON ALIEXPRESS
Although I have had some success when ordering products from Aliexpress, ordering from JIANGLIANG was not one of them. I ordered a computer mouse, which arrived damaged. Although I immediately notified the seller, all I got was months of useless responses, which was just a delay tactic, making it harder to dispute the purchase with Aliexpress' Buyer Protection. Although I provided 2 pictures of the damage, Aliexpress obviously could see them on a computer screen, because I lost the appeal -- supposedly I did not provide photos?????? In closing, please do not purchase anything from JIANGLIANG on Aliexpress. Also, let us all demand true customer service from Aliexpress. At this time, you cannot even contact Aliexpress when there is a problem. Try there "chat" service sometime to see what I mean, it is hysterical! Help spread the word about Jiangliang---avoid this store!!
