Items are from China. Clothes don't fit as sizes are not what they are advertised to be.
Good luck returning items as shipping charges will cost more than the item you are returning. This is a scam.

not a real website. Lied about location.
No customer service local phone number. Nothing works told me my email wrong. This is the 3rd time I tried. I think they are fake.
I don't want this company to reach out to me I blocked them because they called me 4 times in a row after I called to complain interrupted me, would not listen.
Bad company. Beware.
Luvyle - This company a scam.
I ordered in January and received the last item Mid April. The items are shoddy and do not fit.
I request a way to return the items and receive a refund. I was offered $16 refund on a $62 order.
Cathybuy - Pissed of consumer
After 2 months my order from catybuy finally came in. The sizes they stated are totally off.
There was no return information with the product. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM CATYBUY AGAIN AND STRONGLY ADVISE POTENTIAL BUYERS AGAINST PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THEM
BerryLook - Inferior products
I ordered $200 worth of clothes. It took forever to get some and many have not been delivered.
The ones that have are poorly made, with inferior textiles, The sizing is smaller than given. I feel scammed.
The Trendy Bunny - Overall horrible
I ordered this product over a month ago for a newborn baby and just got it today. Needless to say it does not fit the baby anymore and it also does not even match what I ordered.
It’s similar but a totally different product.
I too have emailed them three different times with no response. I will do whatever I can to make sure that this company goes out of business because it is not OK

Dolls Kill - Poor garment & customer service quality
I received two garments that were defective, one of which was sew ridiculously incorrectly and did not even have a care label which is literally illegal. Reached out to customer service and got the same generic response as always of "I'm sorry these items aren't working out for you. You can send it back to us here" with no attempt to even find out what was wrong with the items.

I cannot get ahold of any one or a response on the status of my Order #J2145948, that I placed on April 1st, 2019.
Luvyle - Poor quality, non delivery, refund not forthcoming
Ordered 20 Jan. One shoddy cheap top arrived 20 Feb.
2 items still awaited. Many emails sent. Asked to wait a bit longer, then a bit longer etc. Requested refund, offered voucher.
Re-requested refund, and again and again.
Today - 10 April, been asked to wait for 4th time for refund. I have no faith this will be forthcoming.
This company has in effect stolen my money.
