I've been a loyal customer for many years. I had mistakenly sent in too little money for a payment ( or it may have been my husband. I was going to remedy this immediately.

To my surprise you guys wanted to charge me $1.50 fee to make a payment online. Come on guys, in this day and age with the economy the way it is, give us loyal customers a break.

Otherwise, I love you guys and will continue to be a loyal customer. Keep up the good work with the variety of objects that you offer.
