Have purchased a mattress set, living room chair, and a recliner only 6 months ago. The recliner cost about $500. The corner has changed me apart, staples out from material on bottom just stapled to wood, back of chair frame loose and material looks like the chair is about 5 years old and pills. I ordered several chairs at the listed online price.Now, I am being told that the price was wrong, have been refunded my money and my order canceled. Has anyone else had this problem? Buyer be aware....do not purchase from this site!! They do not stand behind their product. If there is an issue after 30 days, they will not help you!! You are also unable to pirchase a part for repair, let alone, receive for free. Use another site!

Ordered chairs online, instructions were awful. Put the chairs together only to find them uneven, after 3 hours of putting one together. I'll never order another thing from them. Awful products.

I don't use my new chair, the upholstery workmanship is horrible. There are folds of extra fabric on each arm, the piping is uneven and you can feel the stuffing along the back. I would like to have the chair re-upholstered. City Furniture sold dining room chairs to me and delivered them into my home that had Powder Post Beetles in them.(A wood destroying bug) They took the chairs back but refuse to treat my home. We have the beetles in our home and they have already damaged an end table. They are in our kitchen cabinets and other furniture. I bought chairs at City Furniture and they had Powder Post Beetles in them.When I called them they agreed to pick up the chairs but would not treat my home for the bugs. Did not notice bad look of leather on one chair until end of Oct. On nov 8 had leather company look at it. Now Baer's said that's the look of the leather. I am now waiting - after sending photos of it to the Manager - for an outcome. I want to exchange it for another chair that costs more and I still am waiting for the OK to do. Like others I paid over $3000.00 for couch 2 chairs with stools and Long ottoman ....it is peeing so bad I have to cover with furniture covers which I hate. Would love to sue them for this mess.. I bought a chair, it arrived with broken legs. They said they will ship another leg. I called a few days later, Houz said the leg will be shipped the next day. So I asked for a return.
