Chair and table was delivered and there is a crack In the leg of one of the chairs
Wish - Replacement not recieved
I placed an order back in March and part of it was defective. I've repeatedly (8×'s) followed instructions to no avail.
Two months have past and still no replacement chairs.
I returned the chairs and they've arrived to you. This have gone on way to long without any favorable solution.
Houzz - My order was dining room chairs and they are defective
I hired a professional to put them together and it can’t be done so they are defective
Absolom Roche - Havent recieved product
I've tried to contact many times and it send me straight to voicemail. This shop closes at 6.
And I don't understand why I haven't received the items yet. I'm very upset.

Costway - High chair buckel
I recently purchased a table high chair from you through Wal-Mart. Navy blue in color.
It was delivered on January 3rd. The buckle was not sewn into the material and just started unraveling.
This is no longer safe for my Grandson. Please send new seat part to put on the part that attaches to table.
The Great Escape - Theater chairs
This 3 seat piece, supposed to be leather, reclining set ended up being junk. The material is *** The top layer ended up flaking off. Very disappointed.
How can you get away with selling a product that you expect to last, and doesn’t. Bad deal on your part, but I’m stuck with a horrible piece of furniture.

Gardner White Furniture - The warranty company garnder white sells up isn't very good.
Stitching on furniture came apart. I've contacted warranty company 4 times over a 4 week time.
I emailed corporate about problem. Warranty company called me same day and said "She will get back with me" I don't know who "She'' is? Poor customer service. It's been a week since then and still nothing.
Never will I buy from gardner White again. I payed for warranty coverage and it's a rip off.
Cavalier Wholesale - I got this chair for Christmas and the massage cable was spliced??
I don't know who to contact, I don't know if the massager works?
How do I get the part replaced?
I feel this was done during packing, and how do I get a replacement?
