july 7th went into store with my grandson who is 8years old I wanted two things one upgrade my phone and get a phone for my grand son the salesman name Kenny was helping me and other customers so by the time for him to upgrade my phone he assured me everything would transfer to new phone, it didn't he said I wouldn't be able to tell the difference on phone not true told him for the 8 year old need protection for the phone he said they don't have a case to fit the phone n or did he not tell me I didn't have insurance on the phone which all my phones with sprint has insurance then he said would not be able to finish my phone down load one hour before he get off if I want him to finish come back two days I left with out any protection for my grandchild phone was not even offered warranty on his phone so I was rush into buying and now before I got back to the store my grandsons phone slips out of his hand and shattered long story short went back to best buy they make you feel as if it was all my fault and basically didn't want nothing to do with me brett the manager on duty told me flat out cant do anything about it i left and call the warranty office they were trying to help me told me to go back to best by and call them I did that shone the manager on duty remember me and said yes I wish I could help you I really do but I cant and now i'm out of money and phone for my grandson ,i am very sadden disappointed that I always shop at best buy and felt like they should have traded it out for the factory warranty. my grandson went back to Virginia Dead with out his phone I am this on face book telling everyone to be ware about the salesman at the best buy in bluffton sc.

Rather than a cell phone, I suggest buying a couple of good history books for the grand child to read.

ATT - Lying by AT&T customer service

II called AT&T Mobility. They told me a older smart phone was free.

They told me the monthly fee was approximately $60 a month. They enclosed a return address to return the phone and if you return it within a week, you would pay nothing. The first bill came after it was returned. They wanted $90 for the monthly charge.

They had lied about the monthly charge. I told them I had returned the phone and they did not believe me. They kept calling and now have a collection company. AT&T finally said they received the phone.

They had put it with a collection company. I would advise anyone that made it easy to return it certified mail.

They are a lying, clout kind of company. I hope people will read this and somehow punish them.

Yep, I was hoodwinked as well. Never got the discounts they promised, my free phone they started charging me $9 a month for, never got my $300 gift card, and they never told me about a $35 a month "Access Fee".

My less than $45 a month phone bill now cost me $88 a month. I'll never do business with them again...

Purchased two phones and they have stop working properly. Cannot locate any type of service people.

Only people that can be contacted is at K-mart stores. They are limited and suggest that I purchase another type phone.

Lazada Philippines - Returned items but not the cash

my son bought a cellphone last january 10,2019 but the headset is not working so he decided to returned the item on the second day january 11,2019 at the lbc imus then my son check if the cash was with his lazada wallet lazada wallet is asking about the tracking number but he has no tracking number so he went to lbc to asked about it the lbc told us the item was already returned to lazada but he doesn't know where in lazada to go until now the lbc receipt was with him hope to recieve an answers for this thank you

Family Dollar - Cell phone eutrn

in vineland,nj i bought a cell phone i had trouble with it. i kept the phone which was already activated and the instuctions and recharge cord.

they said i couldnt return it becase the bottom of the crdboard box was missing.

Lazada Philippines - Slow Refund Process

april 28, 2019 i return my item via lbc because of defective phone i bought and i want a replacement,

may 1 2019 i got updated that the item arrived at lazada warehouse and is now on evaluation if my item is accepted for replacement but after that no update then i tried asking on CSR of lazada several times and got the same answer that my item is on process for evaluation. until

may 14 2019 i ask the CSR agent straight that why does the department who handles evaluation seem like theyre not answering to your followup and his the 5th agent who did the same solution and i already know nothing will happen. so after that he said he check it again and upon his checking my item is already lost and is now in the process of manual refund. so i ask when will i get the refund? he said 3-5 days is the process for refund and i will received detail within the given time. so i wait but until

may 19 2019 i did not receive any email so i ask on CSR why is my refund delayed? he said that upon checking my refund is still processing by the refunds team and his trying to get feedback from them and said to me to call everyday until my refund progress moves.

may 20 2019 hadnt got any update and ask CSR why and said the same thing that he made a followup and waiting for feedback on refund team. Is the department who holds return item and the refunds team that they said exist? i feel like theyre making the delays intentional until the customer get tired of waiting.

what should i do about this? Its already 20+days and i feel its gonna get me months on this the way your CSR handle this. Sad

5/8/19 then 5/14/19 ok i got a cricket cell phone it would not turn on so took it to walmart got the money back so the i order one more from walmart .com they NEVER SCAN IT .. SO I GOT THE GOOD OLD CAN NOT TURN IT ON ..

THEY MUST THINK I SOLD IT THANK YOU FOR THE BULL NOW ITS OVER A WEEK .. LOSE YOUR PHONE SEE HOW YOU FEEL AND GET JACK AROUND BY A PLACE YOU GIVE A LOT OF MONEY TOO.
