National Car Rental - Never rent a car here again

my rental car was damaged by the faulty exit gate at their parking lot when i leave. I was told by attendant there that it is not my fault and therefore not responsible. However, later on after two months, they send me a big bill for repair. I try to call and speak to the manager but no one answers and ever call me back after dozens of attempts. Now they are sending collection company to collect the money. The manager at this place is avoiding customers and trying to blame the customer for repair at no reason !!!!!!!!! i will report this issue to all channels and make sure this manager hear the customers voice!

Royal Auction Group - Terrible Customer Service and follow up

Purchased a pick up truck back in Sept. 2019. Was forced to use them to transfer the title and receive the title. The cost was $165. A premium! To date have not received a title for the vehicle. They say they mailed it. I gave them proof from USPS that I never received the title. They only sent me a form to request a title. I asked them to send me the title or at least send me $75.25 for the cost of a replacement title. To date I have not received a title, the $75.25, or any correspondence regarding this issue and my requests.

I PAID CASH, HE SHOW ME HIS *** A BOUNCED CHECK AND IT TOOK HIM SIX MONTHS TO PAY THE BOUNCE CHECK. LIAR, AND CORRUPT BUSINESS MAN I HAD TO STAY ON HIS *** EVERY OTHER DAY PIECE OF DUNG; BOTH OF THESE CAR DEALERS ARE CORRUPT GRAND USED CAR/DELTA AUTO SALES; THE MANAGER TOLD HIM ITS MY PROBLEM NOW.
