Pepperfry - Poor quality product

Have ordered a Queen size bed which was looking nice in pic but when it got delivered and installed then i felt that the quality is very poor and it will get cracked with simple movement also. Hence requested for return but did not get a positive response so far. As per company showcase they have 7 days hassle free return policy so waiting for a positive response.
