Partsgeek - Defective part

One of my parts was defective. Parts geek, never offered to send a replacement never offered to pay freight back. Long story short I should have bought local never used Part Geeks again. Also wrote too bad reviews both never got posted.

Partsgeek - I was scammed of my money for returned parts.

I returned 4 parts to the facility that UPS has on file, and i was told by a Rep. it went to their other facility, and then they later claimed that it wasn't, one of their facilities, in which it is. Now here it is 3 months later I'm still fighting for my money for those parts that they're denying reached their facility. I'll never recommend this company. Terrible business.

Partsgeek - Wrong part was sent

Order a part for my ford truck . 2 weeks later the part shows up for a chevy. Emailed several times . Never got a response. Cancel the credit card charge. Worst company to do business with. Very dishonest.

Partsgeek - Terrible! Core charge refund

Customer service is both extremely rude and incompetent. Had to call multiple times and spoke to two reps and one supervisor. Only after pressing the issue did they admit they had received the old part and would refund the core charge. It shouldn't take that much work for the customer to get a parts company that live up to their end of a contract. I'll never buy from them again.
