I wanted to place this positive note due to the other note.

We were referred to Gil by our regular repairman when it was determined that our whole AC/Furnace needed to be replaced.

He worked with us on getting us a good price for the system. We had another quote that came in about the same.

We went with Gil based on the referral and are very happy that we did.

He was able to schedule us in within 10 days.

He worked very hard and had it finished in two days. He followed up with us to make sure everything worked.

He came back the next week to replace our thermostat.

Gil is now the first name we will call and recommend to others for this kind of work.

Pep Boys - Air conditioning leak

I asked brain on phone how much to find leak in air conditioning he replied 34.99 when I arrived Scott told me 59.99 they correctly then said 34.99 then I waited over a hour to be told dye the only way we can tell $258.00 then why did they tell me 34.99 and charge me 34.99 for nothing .. I left a voicemail on manger voice mail she never responded back ...

Beaware of this scam company ....

Pepboys is not the same as years ago!!! Never never never be back

Get overs take your business some place else. Its a shame how they get/ try to get over on you and blame labor as the result of such expensive maintenance costs. Pepboys come up with a new scam the ones youve been using are getting worn out.

34.99 is the A/C leak eval without any freon. The 54.99 is adding 5oz of freon to the system.

Sometimes this isnt enough because the A/C system will not cycle and build pressure with only 5oz.

The 200+ is a full recharge. Which will build pressure and revel the leak.

Lazada Malaysia - MISLEADING INFO BY SELLER

I purchased an aircond from seller on the 24th March although there was this PARTY SALE started on 27th March 2019. I am supposed to get free installation, but i only received the item on the 26 march and was told to wait for installation on the 2nd april, and when i was why, seller said they clearly stated on lazada that they need 2-11 days for installation but in actual fact, there were no such thing.

I KNOW THERE IS A SALE ON THE 27TH YET I BOUGHT EARLIER BECAUSE I WANTED TO AVOID THE DELAY AND THIS SELLER VERY RUDE TELLING ME THAT I CAN ASK FOR CANCELLATION AND REFUND IF I CANNOT WAIT !!!!! NOW WHO THE *** WILL STAY AT HOME FOR SENDING, PICK AND IS THE KIND OF SERVICE LAZADA PRACTISE???

THIS IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND MORE OF A BUSINESS GIMMICK. YOU SELLER ARE COLLATING BUYERS AND GETTING BULK SERVICE FEE FROM THEIR VENDOR AND CAUSING ALL THIS DELAY !!!!!

Rockauto - Pissed

I ordered a complete ac system for a car I’m restoring and no pressure lines. Can’t buy them, they don’t even sell them, then couldn’t return it, because it was after 30 days.... 900 + dollars out the window good luck with that company

Della Products Usa - A portable air conditioner

unable to install window venting. The inserts are too long for the window opening!

I have a sliding window for venting.

This is ridiculous to specify minimal wording as I have described the problem briefly.

Adding words does not matter in the least and counting words is a dumb idea. If a be dee ee eff gee h i jay kay ell em en oo pea Q R steve find an apple lately? does thou speak English? Is a cat in the cat that comes back or not at all?

Can you see clearly what the world needs and be part of the solution? Or become a part of the [problem?

To be or not to be that is the question! Is it nobler to do this?

It dont work i took it back and they wont give me my money back.

They want to give me "store credit". Why would i want to buy anything from a business that doesnt stand by their sales?

I had a similar incident happened to me. I was assured that a 32 channel mixing board was functioning properly, yet they couldn’t test it “at that moment.” I specifically asked that if it was faulty, I could return it and get my MONEY back.

I was told yes. I was also given 48 hours instead of the usual 24 to return the item if I found anything wrong with it. Needless to say but it WAS faulty. Audio noisy and cutting out on all channels.

I returned it the next morning only to be told I would only receive store credit as a matter of store policy. I protested as the policy was not posted on wall. I was told “it’s on the receipt”... the paper you receive AFTER the transaction has been made.

To make matters worse, my store credit “expired” after one year.

I am now out $535! (If any VP employee cares to address this issue, I will check this post periodically for a reply)

Kohls - Sent me the wrong item

I was sent a kids water slide and not the a/c i ordered. Then customer service said they'd pick up the wrong product, 7 days later I'd receive a refund which I can use to reorder the product....

I told them that no one could be that stupid!!! I would not give up the $599. water slide until I relieved my $139 a/c unit. I told them i'd sell the water slide and take the money and buy a a/c unit elsewhere...

haven't heard back from them, so that is what I am doing....

I will never use the word Kohl's in a sentence again.... they are that messed up... oh and one last point, I asked the girl on the phone if I could speak to a supervisor and she told me "why?

they'll just tell you the same-thing I just did." Which I replied, "So you're telling me you are the supervisor?" that is when the phone line went dead... Kohl's you suck!!!

......I told them i'd sell the water slide and take the money and buy a a/c unit elsewhere.......uuhhh you had the answer...if its spring or early summer youd get $200 - $400 for water slide anyway(its new in box i assume)

Never buy air condition unit from home depot

I have purchased sir condition unit through Home Depot. This was with the assurance from store that they back their customer.

My air condition unit has coil leak on outside unit. The vendor that installed unit went bankrupt. When I approached Home Depot, they said that since I did not buy protection plan they can’t help. Can someone please explain what customer backing Home Depot offered?

Worst, why would some one pay more money to buy the plan after spending fortune if money to buy new unit.. I am taking Home Depot to BBB. Costco is a better place to buy such things.

Never going to buy any goods from Home Depot. They really suck

You fail to say how long ago you purchased the air conditioner. The coil is typically warrantied by the manufacturer for a year.

If you wanted coverage beyond that you would have had to purchase a service plan. If the leak was caused by damage to the coil it wouldn't be covered in either case.
