I was a customer with FDGL for over 2 years. Unfortunately, I had a four year contract.
I sold my business and called them to see what I should do with the machine, they told me "send it back to us, and we will close your account." I sent the machine back, and all *** broke loose!
I started getting daily phone calls, and 6 letters in the mail weekly! When I finally got hold of someone in customer service, they were RUDE, DUMB, and not very helpful. They do not know what the *** they are doing! This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with in the 11 years I owned my restaurant.
They charge too much, and have NO concept of what customer service is.
And when all was finally settled, I found out I owned the machine, I didn't have to send it back!! Now they won't send it back to me!!
I sold my business to my brother............. could have saved him some money, but I wouldn't recommend FDGL to my worst enemy!!
