I ordered cajun fries and they gave me plain so i asked for cajun. She kept asking me in her thick accent if i wanted the spices on the side(which i did not understand until after she left and another employee explained it to me).
I asked if i could just get a new bag for cajun fries but it seemed like she did not understand what i was saying. Finally i gave her my old fries and asked loudly if i could get new cajun fries(because my fries were cold and the seasoning would not stick as well if she had given me just a cup of seasoning). She snatched the bag from me and muttered something which i presume was something negative about me. After that i just wanted my refund which i asked another girl to do while the employee i am complaining about left completely.
To do the refund, the now pissed off employee voided the transaction so i assume that she was a shift lead. Please either fire or present disciplinary action to the employee who was rude and probably called me something negative. I believe that i did nothing wrong in asking for new cajun fries. I explained to the employee who helped me that im mad because she snatched my fries out of my hand very rudely, but then she said that i ate a lot of the fries already but i told her i had eaten one...which means they probably underserved me fries as well.
The employee who snatched my bag was working at 7:45 pm at the rockville five guys across barnes and nobles and sports authority, she was spanish and about 5"1, had a thick accent, and was able to void transactions. The other girl who accused me of eating a bunch of fries and in the end acted rude to me as well was working at the same time as cashier, white girl with freckles and blonde hair.
I dont think people like this who are treating customers like this should work at your fantastic store. Thank you.
