Good evening I bought a photo via the App and I was to get it on 03/26/2024. but till now I have not received it. I had chart the seller several time but to no avail. The tracker number he gave me does not much with Post Office tracking numbers. I am a first time user of the App and think it shouldn't not be a problem. Thank you.

I bought an I Kall IK201 40 W Bluetooth speaker on 28/April/2024. From the first day onward I heard extra noise in the speaker and 2 weeks before it stopped working. I raised 2 complaints and still, there is no support from customer care. they did not even share their escalation matrix mail IDs to escalate this issue. very worst customer support.

This company presents itself as QVC. When an order is placed there is no way to track it or cancel it. This is just for scammers to get your credit card info.

Simara19 llc Brooklyn NY. I ordered Jovan musk all over body spray thru Amazon. It was stale. SmelIed like it was sitting on the shelf for years. I contacted seller with complaint. Negative response. Will never order from this company again. For less than $13, this company lost a customer for life. Awful!

My Whatsapp comm in the early stages with seller is for a USB rechargeable fan with oscillation 360 degrees as advertised. As it cannot function to oscillate 360 degrees, I immediately requested for an order cancellation. I even performed cancellation via lazada app, but seller denied. Item delivered today, and I dont want to waste time with seller since money is already credited. Nonetheless, I felt very cheated as item was not advertised as it should function. I WILL NEVER PATRONISE THIS MERCHANT AGAIN.

They hire product reviewers online and get you to put in money and then give you commissions but if you go into negative balance you loose your money. And you can't get your money back until you complete what they call are tasks.

The scammers use a what's app group to recruit and teach you how to do the review job. They use crypto transfer method using ETH20 and you transfer from crypto to so called OTTO group and then complete your reviews. They bill you in USD.. I have asked for my money back but the person keeps telling me complete your tasks.

This group is a scam. Beware don't trust these Indians.
