Jonathan recently filed a complaint with the state bar to get his money back. Mullhofer tried to cash a check make out to him and forged his name on the back. Now he is left with no money from the settlement and tons of credit cards after him. I just want a decent attorney who doesn't cheat you. I searched under "mullhofer scams" and got a load of hits. Lots of angry people out there. |

It was my partner at the time who was doing loan modifications and took some client's money. i have no legal obligation to people i only met for a cosultation and did not retain me. |
| 4. Written by marylou, on 13-05-2009 16:48 there are alot of scams for loan mods and these jerks will steal your money and leave you penniless. check with the FBI major fraud and consumers rip offs. I lost 3500 dllrs to home loan bait and switch. |
