I have always had excellent service at the Sandy Or Les Schwab, but I was in Estacada and had a low Les Schwab tire. I went in and gave a worker my keys and told him the problem. He said it would be about 15 min. He set the paper work and keys out in the bay area. He then drove off in a company rig. About 45 min later he returned, I asked for my keys back. He thought the workers outside were taking care of it. The only thing that they were doing was goofing around with friends that stopped by. About 5 guys doing no work. Just goofing off while I waited for nothing.
