i paid for a new tower and received a used one

i got a computer tower that was suppose to have been new,paying for a new one. now they are telling me there is nothing that can be done i spoke with the manager and he said that he would get back with me today, i still not have heard from him he said that he would have to try to locate my file i still have my last payment on the 15th of this month they restored my computer on Saturday and i still have the same problems with it no sound,shuts down, but they said that they restored it to be like new, come on now i could do a better job then that if i was to satisfy a excellent paying customer
