I have been trying to pay my bill online for two days, only to be "flashed" a message that your system needs to be "DEBUGGED." When I press Debug, the entire site closes. This have happened at least
twenty times in these two days. I do not want to pay by check because you will then charge me
extra money for paying by check via telephone. Can you test your system? I am sure others are having the same problem. I tried calling this morning only to have the
phone ring and ring and ring with no one answering. I am also asking that should your listed payment methods continue to fail, do not charge me a late fee. I am trying!!!! 12799c7
