My Cable is not working prorperly. Appointment was scheduled for 10/29/09. I stayed home all day on that day and the Technician never arrived. I received a call at about 7 pm that evening wanting me to reschedual.

The person told me that they called and could not reach me. That is a flat out lie. I was home all day.

I finally did reschedual for Sunday 11/01/09. Which means I will have had no tv in my living room for 5 days. This in my opinion is very poor service. I have had Time Warner for many years and am now considering ghanging cable companys because of this.
